Darren Daniel Bio

Darren Daniel is an EFC Africa MMA fighter currently ranked as top contender in South Africa’s light heavyweight and middleweight divisions. Already well known for rocking the cage, Daniel has recently jumped on board to become a Rock Hard Weekend ambassador.

The martial arts have played a huge part in my life for many years, starting with my attraction to the mystery, powers and skills within the ancient art form of Kung Fu. Simply put, my martial arts journey has been a constant quest to better myself. Through the discipline and dedication required in King Fu, Muay Thai and MMA, I have learned valuable lessons and come to respect characteristics such as honour, integrity and loyalty. I believe that any individual wishing to take a step forward must be open to pushing their body and mind through boundaries perceived as impossible.

Due to Daniel’s gruelling training schedule, he is no stranger to the benefits provided by supplements designed to keep athletes in peak physical condition. What he didn’t know until recently, was that an equally powerfully recreational supplement, Rock Hard Weekend, was able to keep him in peak condition during his recreational time too. “MMA’s training consists of multiple sessions a day from conditioning, pad work, rolling with top grapplers and wrestlers and everything else necessary to work my stand-up and ground games to perfection. Such intensity takes its toll, which is why I’ve realised Rock Hard Weekend is a fantastic product that helps me continue rocking the bedroom even after I rock hard training.”

Some guys think that taking performance enhancers means you have an issue. Nothing could be further from the truth! I don’t take Rock Hard Weekend because I have to. I take it because i want to be the best at everything i do. Guys will take a pre-workout supplement before they train, does this mean they can’t train without it? No, they want to train hard and perform optimally. Guys will have a shot of tequila in a club. Does this make them alcoholics? No, they are out to have a good time. So does taking Rock Hard Weekend mean you have an issue? No, it means you want to be your personal best, you want to rock harder than ever before. Simple.

At the moment I am preparing to fight at EFC AFRICA in the next few months and, thanks to Rock hard Weekend, will be detailing my progress and plans in future issues of Fighters Only and on the Rock Hard Weekend website. My goal is to fight at the highest level and become an EFC AFRICA title holder and ultimately the next big thing in MMA.
